How our House Cleaning Services are Priced. This service can be offered on a Weekly, Fortnightly basis.
Terms and Conditions
Due to wages, diesel prices it is a minimum of 2 x hours per clean per visit
There is also a minimum of 2 x months sign up on all Weekly and Fortnightly services
2 x hours x 2 cleaners = 1 x hour cleaning time
3x hours x 2 cleaners = 1 an 1/2 hours cleaning time
4 x hours x 2 cleaners = 2 hours cleaning time
6 x hours cleaning time = 3 x hours cleaning time
And so on
House Cleaning Prices
Weekly Cleans = £ 15.00 per hour
Minimum of 2x months sign up on all weekly cleans.
Minimum of 2 x hours per clean per visit
Fortnightly Cleans = £15.50 per hour
Minimum of 2 x months sign up on all fortnightly cleans.
Minimum of 2 x hours per clean per visit
Please note these prices are based on a standard clean service only
Other Cleaning Services
One off Cleans = From £ 80.00 per clean
End of Tenancy = From £80.00 per clean
Please be advised Magic Mopps does not clean shampoo any carpets or do any upholstery cleaning.
This service is not provided or included in the price.
Prices are dependant of size of house.

One off Deep Cleaning Services
Rooms are of customers choice
Two rooms = £55.00 per clean.
2 x hours cleaning with two cleaners
Three Rooms = £ 65.00 per clean
3 x hours with two cleaners
Four Rooms = £75.00 per clean
3 an 1/2 hours cleaning with two cleaners
Terms and conditions to Cleans
These are undertaken as one off cleans, one clean per house.
All prices are depending on size of rooms and property.
What is included in all one off Deep clean
Where possible cleaning, under behind any moveable furniture.
Cleaning inside of windows, Outside of cupboards, skirting, boards, cobwebs, inside fridge if Kitchen chosen.
Dusting, hoovering of carpets and hard floors , mopping of hard floors if required.
What is not included
Oven cleaning, shampooing of any upholstery and carpets. Washing of any clothing, ironing of any clothing changing of any bedding, unless otherwise arranged.
What is included in a standard clean.
living room
skirting boards, dusted, cobwebs where applicable, dusting and cleaning of furniture, inside of windows floors hoovered, and mopped for hard floors, mirrors cleaned if applicable.
Hallways
Skirting boards dusted, cobwebs where applicable, any furniture dusted and cleaned, inside of windows if applicable, carpets hoovered and
[hard floors ] mopped
Bathroom
Shower/ bath tub cleaned, any mirrors cleaned, shower screen. Toilets cleaned, skirting boards and cobwebs. Hand basin cleaned. carpets hoovered
{ Hard floors } mopped.
Bedrooms
Any furniture dusted and cleaned, cobwebs, skirting boards, carpets hoovered [hard floors] mopped if applicable. cleaning of inside of windows, Beds can be changed on prior arrangement, may incur a separate charge
kitchen
Any furniture dusted and cleaned, cobwebs, skirting boards, splash backs cleaned, sinks cleaned, worktops cleaned, outside kitchen cupboard doors cleaned, Floors hoovered and mopped. inside of windows where applicable. Fridge can be cleaned by prior arrangement.

This service can be provided as a full house clean or in certain areas, all to be discussed before cleaning commences
